Small Experiments, Real Impact

We don't build products in isolation. Each idea starts as a weekend experiment, gets tested with real people, and only becomes a product if it genuinely improves someone's day. No boardrooms, no pivot tables—just curiosity and craft.

1

Start with a real problem we've experienced

2

Build the simplest version that works

3

Test with friends, family, and early users

4

Iterate based on actual human feedback

5

Launch when it feels genuinely helpful

NotThatBigCompany started with something simple: two people — Neha and Swalah — brought together by a shared passion for building and solving human problems.

When we got together in life, we discovered how naturally this passion connected us. Both of us come from maker backgrounds, and even outside of work and life conversations, we often drifted into "what if we built this?".

Sometimes those ideas were practical, sometimes quirky, and sometimes just fun experiments. That's how NotThatBigCompany was born — as our creative playground.

We're not here to be the next unicorn. We're not chasing size or scale for its own sake. Instead, we're embracing the freedom to build small, thoughtful products.

Our Approach

Three principles that guide everything we build

Intimate by Design

We build products that feel personal and human. No bloated features, just thoughtful solutions that respect your time and attention.

Like a coffee shop that remembers your order, not a mall that tracks your every step

Creative Freedom

Our playground approach lets us explore ideas without the pressure of scale or venture metrics. We follow curiosity, not KPIs.

We measure success in 'Did this make someone's day better?' not 'How many DAUs?'

Human-First

Everything we build starts with understanding and solving real human problems. We build for people, not personas.

We design for the person rushing to catch a train, not the persona in a PowerPoint

What We Don't Build

Sometimes what you don't do is as important as what you do

Products that demand your attention
Features that exist just to increase engagement
Solutions looking for problems
Anything that makes the world noisier
Products we wouldn't use ourselves
Compromising user privacy for profit

Small Products, Real Stories

The moments that matter most to us
